For adult students: email, optional first name, optional general New Jersey area or ZIP prefix, optional home-gym name, an 18+ attestation, and permission to contact you. For gym representatives: contact email, optional first name, academy name, city/state, representative role, optional public academy website, and contact permission.

This interest form does not request youth or guardian information, date of birth, phone number, precise location, medical or emergency information, payment information, passwords, student lists, or private gym records. Do not submit information about a minor.

We use the information to evaluate and contact adult private-beta prospects and academy representatives about Roll Finder testing, pilot participation, and related onboarding.

We plan to retain active beta/pilot interest while it remains relevant and delete inactive interest records no later than 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is required for a legal obligation. You may request deletion sooner by contacting Kyle@bjjrollfinder.com.

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and how visitors use Roll Finder, such as pages viewed, general traffic sources, device/browser information, and interactions with the site. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information such as IP-derived location and device identifiers. We use this information to improve the website and evaluate beta interest; we do not intentionally send the beta-interest form fields themselves to Google Analytics.

Website interest records are stored separately from Roll Finder’s mobile-app production database. Access is restricted to the website intake service and authorized Roll Finder administration. We do not use this form to create an account or guarantee beta access.
