Roll Finder is recruiting a small group of New Jersey BJJ academies for a controlled private beta with hands-on founder onboarding and direct feedback.
The Founding Gym pilot
The first three Founding Gyms participate in the controlled private beta at no Roll Finder platform charge. There is no automatic conversion to paid service or automatic billing. Any future Founding Gym pricing benefit and applicable paid terms will be presented before billing begins.
What we want to learn
We want to test real academy workflows: accurate schedules and exceptions, owner and staff access, check-in, visitors and drop-ins, front-desk use, and the day-to-day friction gym operators actually experience.
Hands-on onboarding
Early academies work directly with Roll Finder during setup and feedback. Pilot scope is deliberately controlled: a feature is enabled only after the applicable engineering, security, privacy and legal readiness gate passes.
Your academy stays your academy
Roll Finder is one shared platform rather than a white-label app. Academy identity, schedule and operating policies remain gym-specific. Gym-logo support is part of the beta readiness work and will be enabled only when its production gate is complete.
Payments and youth are separately gated
In-app payments and youth participation are not assumed to be part of the first pilot scope. Those capabilities activate only after their separate provider, legal, safety and engineering requirements pass.
